Terms and conditions of use of the Great Little People digital educational platform

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Great Little People digital educational platform (“the Platform”), you (“the User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (“the Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Registration and Use of the Platform

2.1. Registration Process: To use the Platform, families must register using a code provided by Great Little People. During registration, the User will be asked to complete the data of the responsible adult (name, surname, email) and the name of the student.

2.2. Accuracy of Information: The User undertakes to provide truthful, complete and updated information at all times. Great Little People is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by Users.

3. Use of the License

3.1. Code Validity: The registration code provided by Great Little People must be valid and authorized for use. The Platform reserves the right to validate and verify the authenticity of the codes entered.

3.2. Personal and Non-Transferable Use: The license granted to the User is personal and non-transferable. The transfer or sharing of the license with third parties is prohibited.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Proper Use: The User undertakes to use the Platform properly and in accordance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4.2. Credential Protection: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Great Little People will not be responsible for unauthorized use of the User's account.

6. Amendments to the Terms

Great Little People reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The modifications will be effective from the moment they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

Great Little People will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
